Approximate a date if you are unsure. Attach an electronic copy of the receipt to the ticket if available. Date of end user purchase is preferred or date of reseller purchase if not submitted by an end user. We need this to determine the warranty status of your product and can often not proceed with any repairs if this date is unknown.

Include ALL relevant information including camera model, lens type, model of hard drive used, etc. A member of our support staff will respond as soon as possible.
